Near the end of his career the world weary Paul Robeson is fighting depression, being blackballed, ostracized by the US Gov’t & his own people and the separation of his wife. He takes the blows as a symbol of our emerging Black manhood; armed with nothing but the strength of his convictions & his dream a world where men live as brothers. His message was his life.
